Step 1: Attend a free Orientation.

Our free orientation is a formal introduction to the great services we make available to the residents of Brooklyn. We’ll tell you how to get a time slot for your show, what sort of formats we take and explain some of the procedures we require to insure everyone is enjoying our facility and channels to the fullest.
Step 2: Contact the BCAT TV Network’s Programming Department and make an appointment.

During this appointment, our Programming Department will verify your Brooklyn residency. Then, we’ll talk about airdates and show you how to upload your show so it plays on our channels. Remember, it is completely free to air a program on the BCAT TV Network.
Step 3: Turn your television on and watch your show.
It’s that simple.
