A Tour of Green-Wood Cemetery’s Damage

In addition to being the final resting place of many historical figures, Green-Wood Cemetery is also home to some 8000 trees. When hurricane force winds blew in at least 100 trees were destroyed and a number of monuments damaged. After the peace and quiet was shattered this national historic landmark is cleaning up and once again open for tours.
